Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching License (required)
Experience teaching special education students (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and students
Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Dedication to fostering a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment

Role Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized instruction in alignment with students’ IEPs

Track student progress with ongoing data collection and adjust plans as needed
