Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – California

Location: Santa Susana, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $140k to $160K a year + benefits

Job Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and clinical case reviews
• Deliver services that are trauma-informed, culturally competent, and client-centered

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPCC license in California
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Comfortable and experienced with telehealth platforms and remote work
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Minimum 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred
