Key Responsibilities:
· Guide customers through the buying and selling process, providing tailored recommendations based on detailed market analyses.
· Negotiate terms effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
· Manage CRM updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in customer and transaction records.
· Prepare and verify technical and promotional materials for aircraft listings.
· Coordinate aircraft showings, pre-buy inspections, and maintenance approvals.
· Maintain open lines of communication across departments and with clients, ensuring smooth operational flow.
· Regularly participate in team meetings, staying prepared and proactive in all discussions.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years required - Proven sales background with specific training in sales techniques.
· Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone demeanor.
· Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
· Understanding of legal contract language and comfortable discussing financial matters.
· Ability to relate to others as equals, ask penetrating questions, and challenge opinions diplomatically.
