We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support both our family practice and IV therapy clinic. This role provides direct patient care, clinical triage, IV insertion and infusion monitoring, medication administration, and patient education while ensuring safe, efficient clinic operations and an excellent patient experience.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Room patients, obtain vitals, update medical history, and complete medication reconciliation
- Perform clinical triage (in person/phone/portal) and escalate concerns appropriately
- Administer medications, vaccines, injections, and perform point-of-care testing
- Collect and prepare lab specimens, track results, and support patient follow-up
- Assist providers with procedures such as wound care, suture removal, ear irrigation, and similar tasks
- Start and maintain peripheral IVs; prepare, mix, label, and administer IV infusions per protocol
- Monitor patients during infusions and respond to adverse reactions following emergency procedures
- Provide patient education on medications, chronic conditions, lifestyle changes, and follow-up plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR and uphold HIPAA standards
- Follow infection control, medication safety, and sharps/biohazard protocols
- Maintain clinic and infusion room readiness, including stocking, supply checks, and equipment logs
- Support overall clinic flow through room turnover, inventory management, and collaboration with staff
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay Scale: $33 - $38 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of Virginia (or applicable state)
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience (family practice, urgent care, outpatient, or infusion preferred)
- Competency in venipuncture and peripheral IV insertion-or willingness to complete training
- Strong clinical judgment and triage skills
- Proficiency with EHR documentation and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication, patient interaction, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IV therapy, ambulatory care, or family practice
- BLS required; ACLS preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with point-of-care testing, vaccine administration, and patient education
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
