Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. Responsibilities

• Open and prepare homes for owners
• Hold open houses
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
• Respond to tenant inquires
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
• Prepare edit and maintain website and social media presence
• maintain vehicle
• maintain hot tubs and service paperwork
• respond to service calls

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management
• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Property Management experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer software, Microsoft Excel, Office, and Quickbooks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Experience with property management software preferred
• must be able to work in adverse weather conditions
• must have current drivers license
