Setup Maintenance Specialist

Setup Maintenance Specialist Tasks & Duties

• Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional / positive voice and manner

• Researching accounts to determine what is preventing a bill from being processed and resolving

  those issues

• Maintaining and updating account information in the Conservice database to prevent and

  resolve setup problems

• Researching utility provider changes and updating them in the company database

• Inputting new vendors into the database

• Assess customers’ needs and provide the correct solution

• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with

  or without notice

• Low phone usage- 5% or less

Setup Maintenance Specialist Shift Info

• Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time

• Monday – Friday and every other Saturday

• The position would go now through New Years with possibilities to be long term

Setup Maintenance Specialist Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Self-motivated to find the “why” behind the problem and resolve the issue

• Attention to detail

• Self-motivated while performing repetitive tasks

• Organized during daily processes

• Able to take ownership of work and performance

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication

• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize workload

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

• Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously

• Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US.
