Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
A school district in Washington, IN is seeking a qualified professional to provide prehensive psychological services for students from preschool through 12th grade. This position is a contract role with a duration of one school year, offering approximately 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations for students ranging from preschool age through senior year.
- Administer and interpret various standardized tests to assess student cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to review evaluation results.
- Participate in conferences to municate findings and remend appropriate interventions or services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in pliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience conducting assessments and evaluations in a K-12 educational setting.
- Strong understanding of developmental and educational psychology.
- Excellent interpersonal and munication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently within a part-time schedule.
