Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a significant impact in a K-12 educational setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized speech and language services to students, ensuring their communication needs are effectively met.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location:Paterson, NJ

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students communication goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Deliver professional development workshops for staff as needed
  • Engage with families to support their child's communication development
