We are seeking an experienced and motivated Night Operations Supervisor with a strong background in warehousing, distribution, inventory control, logistics, and/or operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in warehousing or related fields
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to type 45+ WPM
- Self-motivated, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule; must be able to work any shift
- Strong leadership and safety awareness
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Computer proficiency: PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, Produce-Pro
- Experience with stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts
- Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Must pass a basic math and English skills test
- 2nd shift 4pm - 12:30am Sunday through Friday
- Pay rate $25 p/hour
General Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse, distribution, production, and logistics teams
- Provide leadership, training, and motivation to warehouse personnel
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of customer orders
- Oversee and ensure timely loading of trucks for customer deliveries
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily inventory and operational reports
- Support a safe and productive work environment
