Responsibilities for R D Technician II include but are not limited to:
· Perform mechanical testing including pull testing, flex testing, torque testing, and extension/retraction testing
· Conduct electrical testing involving high voltage and current, as well as simulated-use testing
· Execute R&D tests such as tensile testing, fatigue testing, electrical testing, and X-ray analysis
· Set up and operate semi-automated test equipment with meticulous attention to detail
· Accurately record, analyze, and document test data in compliance with established protocols
· Troubleshoot test equipment as needed (electrical/mechanical troubleshooting is minimal but may occur)
· Perform repetitive testing tasks for short periods while maintaining accuracy and consistency
· Adapt to a variety of testing methods based on project requirements and skill level
Candidates for R D Technician II must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Experience with test equipment such as tensile testing systems, microscopes, and electrical measurement tools is preferred
· Candidates with experience operating complex or technical equipment in other industries are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and protocols
· Ability to work independently and interpret technical instructions
· Basic to intermediate PC skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and file sharing/saving systems
· Strong organizational skills and adaptability to varied testing assignments

· Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Mon- Fri

Pay Details: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
