Position Overview
Pantheon Data is seeking an Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work closely with the USCG's Major Acquisition System Infrastructure (MASI) program staff to plan, facilitate, and provide complex analysis and evaluation of USCG infrastructure needs relative to logistical support of surface and aviation assets.
Responsibilities
- Research and understand facilities needed to support Coast Guard surface and air acquisitions.
- Develop the infrastructure requirements for surface and air acquisitions that will be included in integrated logistics support plans.
- Evaluate/analyze planning and design documents for inclusion of and alignment with shore infrastructure requirements.
- Support integrated logistics support teams and integrated logistics support plans with onshore input infrastructure for surface and air acquisitions.
- Facilitate integrated product/project teams to develop shore infrastructure requirements and develop solutions to shore facility challenges.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field; an additional 6 years experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience.
- Ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews, and documents for internal and external use.
- Experience working in a federal government environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
