LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Full Charge Bookkeeper job for the office located in San Francisco, CA. The position is 100% in-office every day. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, exposure within the construction industry, and be great with Quickbooks. The role will be responsible for maintaining the day to day accounting including the month-end close, bank reconciliations, journal entries, processing the certified payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and additional administrative and office management tasks. Qualifications include: - Software experience with Quickbooks is required - Industry experience in construction is required - Strong overall general accounting experience (Month-End close, reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting) - Excellent knowledge of certified payroll processing - Proactive, problem-solver, a team and company player - Attention to detail, collaborative, and organized - Strong communications (written & verbal) - Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) - Bachelor's Degree or Associates in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred Experience: 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper (Bookkeeper, Accountant, Office Manager) Employment Type: Temp to Hire If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com !
