ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Zelienople PA 16063 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $17/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Assembler role involves the fabrication, assembly, and packaging of medical products. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform various tasks related to the assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
- Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure products meet specifications.
- Adhere to clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Utilize basic tools and measurement instruments, such as microscopes.
- Collaborate with team members and leads to meet daily production goals.
ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work flexible or extended hours as needed.
