As we grow and expand into outsourced machining services while supporting internal demand, we're seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinists to join our team. This critical role ensures the high-quality standards our customers rely on and supports the continued growth of our precision machining capabilities.
Full Time, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. M-F with occasional overtime;
- 11 paid holidays/year plus accrued PTO,

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment. May be required to operate multiple machines simultaneously.
- Inspect finished parts using precision instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor machining processes and adjust feeds, speeds, and tool paths for optimal performance
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to maintain equipment efficiency and longevity.
- Program CNC machines as needed to meet part specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to setup, programming, and part quality.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce cycle time, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to review specifications and improve processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CNC programming and machine operation, with experience using CAD/CAM software.
- Solid understanding and experience of manual and CNC machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications and 3D models.
- Skilled in working to tight tolerances with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
- Strong mathematical skills for blueprint interpretation and measurement.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience with live tool lathes or 4/5-axis milling machines is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with machining a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and plastics.
