What You'll Be Working On:
- Advanced troubleshooting and resolution of system and network issues
- Administration and support of Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Networking, server, and systems administration across diverse environments
- Providing expert-level support and guidance to both technical and non-technical users
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure top-tier IT performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Tier 3 support or senior technical role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies and modern IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Extensive experience in Tier 3 support or senior-level technical roles.

• Hands-on experience with service desk ticketing systems and related workflows.
