Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school in Independence, MO is partnering with Sunbelt Staffing to bring on a full-time SLP. Youll work with students on developing essential speech and language skills through targeted intervention and therapy.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success

• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active MO SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

• School-based experience is a plus but not required
