We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Specific duties will be assigned under the direct supervision
supervision of the maintenance supervisor.
General areas of responsibility are:
1. On-site maintenance functions
2. Physical condition of the community
3. Upholding all company policies, goals, and values
Essential Activities:
1. Assist the maintenance supervisor and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks/work
orders promptly
2. Make available apartments ready for move-in
3. Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor
4. Assist the supervisor in controlling expenses
5. Participate in an ongoing improvement plan
6. Follow up on service requests/work orders to ensure the highest quality customer
satisfaction, and all other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications:
1. Strong commitment to company goals and values
2. Perform all tasks/work orders in an orderly and timely manner
3. Friendly and positive attitude
4. Good communicator and listener
5. Customer service oriented
6. General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair service
7. Previous maintenance experience, prefer some prior apartment maintenance experience
Requirements:
1. Valid Driver's License car insurance
2. Reliable vehicle. We do not supply a vehicle. Employee will be required to drive their
own vehicle. Gas reimbursement is supplied.
3. Must have own tools.
