Occupational Therapist (OT) - School-Based Contract Position
Location: Brentwood, NY
Job Type: Contract (School-Based)

Job Requirements:

• New York State OT license (or eligibility to apply)
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Details:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of needs (e.g., sensory processing, fine motor skills, ADLs)
• Assess and develop individualized plans to support student development and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
