Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Perform circulating duties and assist with preparing operating rooms for surgery.
- Collaborate with surgical teams, providing required instruments and materials during procedures.
- Ensure compliance with surgical best practices and hospital standards.
- Monitor patient status and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Scrub in surgeries when needed and provide technical support during trauma cases.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of surgical procedures.

\n\nQualifications\n
- \n
- Valid WV or Compact nursing license at the time of submission; no temporary or pending licenses.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience in multiple surgical settings such as trauma, CVT, and orthopedics.
- Ability to work every other weekend as needed.
- Experience as a travel nurse is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
