A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy professional to serve as an Interim Director of Pharmacy at an approximately 80-bed hospital in Ohio. This contract position is ideal for a pharmacist with leadership capabilities ready to manage and oversee pharmacy operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Oversee medication distribution, preparation, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to improve patient care and pharmacy services.
- Manage pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the implementation of safe medication practices and adherence to quality standards.
Desired Experience:
- Licensed Pharmacist with proven leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- Previous experience as a Director of Pharmacy or in a similar management role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
