RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Travel Inpatient Pharmacist for a 5-month contract at a nationally recognized childrens hospital in Colorado. This unique opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist with a strong pediatric background who is passionate about patient care and ready to take on a rewarding role in a dynamic hospital environmentwhile enjoying all that beautiful Colorado has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and review pediatric medication orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness

• Compound and dispense medications in accordance with pediatric protocols and dosing guidelines

• Provide clinical consultation and drug information to the healthcare team

• Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to ensure the highest level of care

Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM

• Rotating every 3rd weekend

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy

• Completion of a PGY1 residency or minimum of 1 year of equivalent work experience

• At least 2 years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

• Pediatric experience required including NICU, PICU, or general pediatric units

• Strong knowledge of pediatric pharmacotherapy and weight-based dosing
