Job DescriptionQUALIFICATIONS:RN BSN
Current RN License to practice in Colorado or ability to obtain.
Current BLS and ACLS endorsed by the American Heart Association
Leadership skills such as coaching, counseling, vision and mission development, delegation, decision making, prioritizing, collaboration, direction, coordination and change management.
Demonstrated ability in management skills: budget, financial and statistical analysis, business formation, performance review, capital equipment acquisition and management.
Demonstrated ability in interpersonal (verbal and written communication) skills, diplomacy, mediation, goal setting, group process, listening, liaison and conflict resolution.
Current patient care theories and practice required.
CQI/TQM strongly preferred.
Endoscopy RN/Surgical RN with progressive leadership experience for 5 or more years.
SALARY RANGE‎$113,755.20 to$170,643.20/annually
Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
Eligible for up to a $15,000 Sign-on bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible for sign-on)
Annual Bonus based upon organizational and individual performance.
