In this fast-paced, important data entry position, you’ll generate customer letters, memos, and notices, and prepare for mailing. You’ll also enter customer orders into our company’s database system while maintaining customer accounts with the most up-to-date information. Extensive training will be provided. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing departmental supplies
  • Generating customer letters using established systems
  • Performing administrative or production tasks (ie.: operating Pitney Bowes equipment) using established guidelines
  • Accurately processes and verifies all Custom Coin orders
  • Efficiently and accurately performing data entry tasks
  • Forwarding customer feedback through appropriate channels
  • Maintaining and updating customer accounts
  • Performing within established quality and production standards

Qualified applicant will have:

  • High school diploma
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of basic math
  • Ability to tolerate some ambiguity and interruptions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lift to 35 pounds
  • 20/20 corrected vision
  • Basic PC skills and legible handwriting
  • Strong keyboarding skills (60-80 wpm)
