Schedule/Hours
- Nights, 6:30p–6:30a
- 13-week assignment
- Floating required (ICU, ER, Med Surg units)
Qualifications
- Valid RN license with 2+ years recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Previous work in ER and Med Surg environments
- TNCC certification preferred
- Proficiency with ventilators, titratable drips, medication mixing, and patient hygiene strongly desired
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver expert nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
- Float as needed to ER and Medical-Surgical departments
- Monitor complex patients, manage ventilators, and administer titratable drips
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote best practices and achieve optimal outcomes
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care delivered
