Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Design, implement, and scale up new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Monitor key process parameters and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of P&IDs, process control systems, and manufacturing equipment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience with automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant project leadership experience
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
