Now Hiring Nurses for On-Call/Bench Support Registered Nurses (RNs) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
BrightStar Care of W. Central Las Vegas & Henderson
BrightStar Care is actively building a reliable Bench Team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for on-call, last-minute, and short-notice cases in in-home care settings. Most assignments are hospice-focused, involving oral medication management, comfort care, and client safety monitoring.
Shifts are typically 8 or 12 hours, and may include day, night, or weekend coverage. We operate 24/7 and need flexible, committed RNs and LPNs ready to step in when care is urgently needed.
Pay Rates:
- Registered Nurse (RN): $45/hour
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35/hour

Job Requirements:
- Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR (BLS) certification
- Negative 2-Step TB Test
- At least 2 year of nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred)
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working around pets in client homes
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
