Job Description

Contract to Hire- IT Support Technician- Pay up to $65K (DOE)

KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a dependable IT Support Technician to manage day-to-day tech operations, support users, and maintain system performance across hardware, software, and networks.

Key Duties:

Monitor and maintain IT systems and servers.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Set up and configure new devices for staff.
Respond to support requests via email and in person.
Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
Work with vendors and external support when needed.
Assist with IT documentation and audit preparation.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
SharePoint experience is a plus.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
