POSITION IS LOCATED IN ** MINOT NORTH DAKOTA ** RELOCATION REQUIRED
NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED HVAC INSTALLERS
We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installers who know the trade and can also handle light service work without hand-holding. If you don’t have at least 3 years of real HVAC INSTALLTION experience, do not apply. This is not a training position.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on installation experience in heating, cooling, and ventilation, including start-up procedures on various types of equipment in residential, commercial and industrial facilities.
- EPA Certification required.
- Mechanical, gas piping, or other trade certifications are strongly encouraged.
- Clean driving record – you’ll be driving a company vehicle.
- No criminal record.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull 100+ lbs when needed.
- Work includes tight spaces, roofs, ladders, and crawl areas – if you’re afraid of heights or confined spaces, this isn’t the job for you.
- Must know your way around hand tools, meters, gauges, and diagnostic equipment.
- Show up on time, work hard, and treat customers and coworkers with respect.

Competitive Wages starting at $25 - $30/hour - Based on Experience
HVAC Installer Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect the effectiveness and safety of the current customer’s HVAC system
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing the customer’s ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
- Diagnosing HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Maintaining a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Participate in all technical training
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
HVAC Installer Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalently
- Valid driver’s license with Insurable Driving Record
- Vocational, training, or apprenticeship of an HVAC program.
- Current HVAC technician license
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
- Working knowledge of boiler systems
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
