Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm- $0.75 shift differential

3rd: 10:30pm-7:00am- $1.50 shift differential

Description: Repair and troubleshoot bakery equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Support high speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I/O, and machine controls. Perform building maintenance and other projects as assigned. Must maintain accurate and timely records of work performed on work orders, maintenance calls, and preventive maintenance reports.

Job Requirements:

• Must have minimum 1+ years of hands on experience in mechanical work in a manufacturing environment (baking industry is preferred) OR proven technical training / certification in Maintenance Mechanic and Electrical.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to analyze and solve difficult technical problems.
• Must be able to use independent judgment.
• Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success.
• Experience in preventative and predictive maintenance
• Knowledge of high-speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, and basic I/O
• Knowledge in PLC experience is a plus.
