IT: ADP, Inc. seeks Client Technical Support Consultant III at our Roseland, NJ loc to provde 2nd levl post-live issue reslution w/in SLA tmfrms incl invstgtion, sltion idntfctn, rcmmndtn, cnfgrtn, unit testing & sltion doc. Bach's deg in Comp Sci, Comp Eng, Info Sys, or a rel'd field + 5 yrs of rel'd exp req. ADP will also accept a master's deg + 3 yrs of rel'd exp. Will accept a 3-yr degree or combo of degs or diplms as meeting Bach deg req. 2 yrs of exp must incl: SAP HCM; SAP Dvlpmnt; Personnel Administration (PA); US payroll; Org Mngmnt (OM); Time Mngmnt (TM); SF Intgrtn w/ HCM; WD Intgrtn w/ HCM; Reslvng customer end-users CRM inquiries & escalated issue tickets; XML; Orcle Intgrtn w/ HCM; ABAP code for HCM; SFTP File transmission; General Ledger HCM Postings; & Year End Interface Activities/Compliance Integration.
