Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant –Civil Engineering/Construction
Civil engineering company located in southwest suburban Cook County looking for an experienced degreed accountant skilled in performing the above tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Job Cost software and Management Report Writer for Financial Statement Generation.
In office full time position involves the following:
- 4 small common ownership companies
- AP/AR
- Weekly Payroll for 15-18 people
- E-Filing State & Federal Withholding Tax & Quarterly Illinois U/C & State & Federal Payroll Tax Form 941 reporting for all companies
- Yearly Federal Filing of U/C Payroll Tax Form 940 for each company
- 401K administration with Third Party Plan Administrator
- Monthly Financial Statements addressing the individual Accrual and Cash Based Companies and Combined Accrual statements
-Calendar Year End P & L Projections
- Year End Data for CPA for each company for 1120S preparation for each company
