SouthCoast Health Is Looking For An Experienced Primary Care Practice Manager
Job Summary:
Oversees the daily operations of Chatham Parkway's medical office handling administrative, financial, and human resources duties to ensure the practice runs efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing the budget, billing and insurance, ensuring legal compliance, and improving patient satisfaction.
Required:
- 5 years of medical practice experience
- 3 years of supervisory experience in the medical practice field.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to implement cost effective procedures (billing, insurance, credit/collections, data processing)
- Ability to develop, implement and monitor office procedures
- Ability to function in a supervisory role to include but not limited to hiring, training, disciplining and/or termination
- Ability to prepare management reports
- Staff Management, schedule coordination, financial reporting and accountability
- Monitor and control clinical expenditures within budget
- Ensures that daily transactions are balances, posted and deposited timely
- Handle all daily personnel management in accordance with Human Resources policies/procedures
- Supervises the accurate and timely entry of patient data
- Integrate quality initiative measurements to develop patient plans of care
Education/Experience:
A degree in Business Management or Administration from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and management experience, with a minimum of 5 years of medical practice experience and minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the medical practice field.
