IT Project Manager
Reports to: Director – Technology Projects

Position Description
Manage deployments, migrations, and upgrades of customer solutions and services such as servers, switches, firewalls, PBX, LAN, and WiFi and associated support services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources from initiation to deployment for multiple customer implementations simultaneously
- Develop and successfully manage the project plan, schedule, and budget
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risk, and issues, communicating across leadership
Other Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship and communication with the internal subject matter experts and the customer
- Report on post-project success criteria results, metrics, tests, and deployment management activities
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of project management experience
- 3 years of experience with Edge’s categories of business technology
- Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, and assertive
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
