We are looking for an Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. This is a PT to FT Hybrid position. We provide very generous holiday pay (20 days) along with a generous PTO. Benefits package included 70/30 Health and Dental, Full LTD, STD and Life coverage and employer contribution of 7% fully vested after one year of employment. Benefits pro-rated for PT.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- Manage Accounts payable
- Responsible for remote deposit/scanning
- Cash Disbursements/Receipts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
