The Intervention Supervisor works under the direction of the Intervention Coordinator of Community Engagement and Support (CES) Services. The Intervention Supervisor supports and supervises CES School-based Intervention programs. This position collaborates with identified schools to ensure success of youth, programs, and staff. This position supervise staff and is responsible for program oversight and reporting requirements for these programs.
The qualified candidate will have a Master’s Degree in a related field, with direct clinical experience working with at-risk youth and families. Knowledge of behavioral health, violence prevention/intervention, substance use/abuse prevention/intervention, positive youth development and cultural responsiveness is preferred. Group facilitation and strong relationship building skill are required. Excellent communication and computer skills required. Valid driver’s license and own transportation is required.
This is a full-time position location in Central Massachusetts and will include community-based travel and implementation (20%).

Requirements:
Purpose:
The Intervention Supervisor works under the supervision and direction of the Intervention Coordinator. The Intervention Supervisor supports and supervises School-Based Intervention programming. This position supervises staff and is responsible for day-to-day programmatic oversight and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist CES Leadership with management of funder requirements, program design, implementation and evaluation of designated programs
- Maintain working relationships between project partners, community organizations, school partners, referral sources, LUK programs, and funders
- Interview, train, mentor, and supervise staff
- Work with CES Leadership and staff to complete required reports, evaluations, and assessments
- Provide oversight and support of CES files in LUK’s electronic health record system
- Assist with program development and grant writing (as needed)
- Collaborate and offer consultation with participating schools, social service agencies, police and court personnel (as needed)
- Build capacity of school partners, community organizations, and staff to support at-risk youth
- Participate in meetings/activities within the program and community as required
- Participate in emergency services on-call rotation
- Acquiring a deep understanding and commitment to LUK’s Mission, Vision and Values and programming
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Master’s Degree in related field, with clinical experience required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with youth and families
- A demonstrated passion and commitment for working with youth and families
- Experience with supervision of staff and programs

Job Location
Candidate will be housed at the 545 Westminster St. office in Fitchburg. 20% of the Intervention Supervisor’s time will be at the Webster office to support programming in South County.
Salary Range and Benefits
Pay Range: 7A. Salary Range: $66,000 – $81,500. Salary ranges within each pay grade are based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
