Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

Canvass commercial areas, build referral relationships with building owners, property managers, hospitals, Schools, shopping Centers etc.

Responsibilities:
• Canvass commercial properties to identify roofing issues
• Conduct thorough commercial roof inspections
• Manage the entire sales process—from first contact to signed contract

Requirements:
• Proven experience in commercial roofing sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to self-generate leads through canvassing and networking
• Willingness and physical ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
