We are seeking an Administrative Assist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Coordinate safety meetings
- Assist with monthly billings as well as quarterly billings and statements
- Help with fleet maintenance and registrations
- Create and edit jobs
- Assist payroll in getting timecards from techs as well as reviewing for accuracy
- Coordinate business licenses and renewals
- Order monthly office supplies
- Update contract list for management
- Directly assist Operations Manager
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
