We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in data, and supporting the organization’s financial health. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure all transactions are recorded properly
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare tax filings and assist with audits as needed
- Monitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 2+ years of accounting experience (corporate or public) preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management abilities
- Knowledge of GAAP principles
