Sales Territory: Ohio, eastern Indiana, northern Kentucky
Home Base: Anywhere in Ohio. This is a hybrid/remote position, however you must be willing to travel to Wapakoneta a minimum of 1-2 days per week as well as routinely visiting our depot locations in Columbus, Cleveland, Springfield, Cincinnati, and Defiance to directly lead your growing sales team

What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of new business within the company, including rental, facility services, and direct/retail sales. The Sales Director will work with the COO and peers to develop new business generating strategies and then translate those objectives to measured tactics for the company while holding their growing sales team accountable to established goals and targets. The Sales Director will effectively function as the “hunter” to the Director of Service “farmer,” who are both ultimately accountable for company revenue and profitable growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives, improving upon our current Sales department performance and results to optimize a departmental structure with leadership, training, accountability, and activities that scale revenue, hit quarterly and annual sales targets, and facilitate a recognized first-class Sales department
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, providing ongoing training and support to drive performance
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
- Collaborate with Operations and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing service
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine sales tactics and positioning
- Represent our organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Track and analyze sales metrics, setting clear goals and improvement plans for team members
What You’re Responsible For:
- Meeting overall and divisional (Industrial, Linen, Healthcare, Facility Services, and Direct Sales) sales targets, as defined by the company’s strategic growth, revenue, and profitability plans
- Managing all aspects of the Facilities Services and Direct Sales division, including coordination with subcontractors and vendors
- Managing the overall application of the customer profitability tool and process, including the oversight of the approval reporting structure and timely processing of sales commissions, in order to deliver consistent, sustainable growth that complies with strategic goals as determined by the Executive Management team
- Managing and maintaining CRM software (Pipedrive) utilization
- Managing 3rd party prospecting and lead generation services
- Managing company-wide, regional, and customer-specific marketing plans and efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, including business development and strategic partnerships – preferably in uniform, linen, mat, and facility solutions services, or a related B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- Experience leading and developing sales teams with a focus on coaching, training, and accountability
- Demonstrated success in analyzing, establishing, and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think both strategically and tactically

- Competitive base salary ($80-100k based on experience) + uncapped commission + quarterly/annual bonuses, structured initially as predominately tenure and goal based and becoming more structured as a % of new business added based on achieved profitability thresholds and sales growth targets. Total compensation target of $150k+
