Job DescriptionThe Engineering Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Building Maintenance Technician”
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain all M&E systems per safety and procedural standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Oversee and escort vendors, enforcing site protocols.
- Support development of JHAs, SOPs, and work processes.
- Keep CMMS records and logbooks current.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Monitor and escort third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
- Assist with development of job processes, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in mechanical or electrical trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
- Strong background in either HVAC or Electrical systems.
- Familiarity with emergency response and on-call protocols.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
Additional Information:
- Location: Long Beach, CA
- Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hour
- Duration: 4 Months
- Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Overtime may be available after 3 months.)
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
