Job Title: Machine operator
Job Description:
We are hiring a Production Helper to support our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, general labor role assisting machine operators, including those working with CNC and press machines. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in machine operation and a strong work ethic.
Pay: $19/hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup, loading, and unloading of parts on the production line.
- Deburr formed parts from machine operators.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Use hand tools to handle materials and components.
- Pack finished goods for shipment.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in fabrication, steel handling, and general labor.
- Ability to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- CNC machine operation experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with press machines and deburring processes.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelbyville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
