Job Description

Job DescriptionTemporary Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, serving as a critical liaison between the VP’s office and internal/external stakeholders. This role requires discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex calendars, communications, and priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and coordinate the VP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning
-Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents
-Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and requests with professionalism and confidentiality
-Serve as the point of contact between the VP and internal/external parties
-Greet and host guests, organize meetings, and handle logistics for departmental events
-Ensure confidentiality and sensitive handling of information at all times
-Assist with keeping up with expense reports
-Prioritize tasks and respond to shifting priorities quickly and professionally

GREAT team environment, will last up 1-3 months, working onsite daily.
