HM Staffing is looking for a motivated Electrical Helpers to support our electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the electrical trade.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist electricians with pulling wire, running conduit, and setting fixtures
</li>
<li>
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
</li>
<li>
Keep job sites clean and safe
</li>
<li>
Learn and follow company safety standards and protocols
</li>
<li>
Use hand and power tools under supervision
</li>
<li>
Take direction from journeyman and master electricians
</li>
<li>
Perform other duties as needed
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
High school diploma or GED
</li>
<li>
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
</li>
<li>
Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction practices
</li>
<li>
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces
</li>
<li>
Reliable transportation and punctuality
</li>
<li>
Must be able to follow instructions and work well in a team
</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>
Previous experience as an electrical helper or in construction
</li>
<li>
Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program
</li>
<li>
OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
</li>
