Job Description
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving and unloading incoming material, verifying information on packing slips, and sorting, counting, packaging, and unpacking both inbound and outbound materials. This role requires the use of handheld barcode scanners to complete all necessary documentation and involves pulling orders accurately, cutting aluminum and brushing within required tolerances, and maintaining inventory levels. Additional duties include entering data for UPS orders, operating forklifts, and building pallets.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming material and verify information on packing slips.
- Sort, count, package, and unpack inbound and outbound materials.
- Use handheld barcode scanners to complete necessary documentation.
- Pull orders accurately according to guidelines.
- Cut aluminum and brush within required tolerances.
- Fill and maintain bins and racks; check inventory levels.
- Enter data for UPS orders.
- Operate a forklift.
- Build pallets.
Essential Skills
- Experience with forklifts, packing, inventory management, picking, packaging, and material handling.
- Proficiency with RF scanners, loading and unloading, and shipping and receiving processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable lifting up to 75lbs.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting operating forklifts.
- Previous experience with UPS.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Strongsville, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
