Job Title: Mineral Laborer Role
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. This role involves preparing and managing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining documentation.
Shift: FIRST: 7am to 5pm
MUST be open to working OT
Pay: 18.90/hr
Responsibilities
- Set up the bagger for proper weights based on specific order requirements.
- Operate the stretch wrap machine efficiently.
- Mark bags with the appropriate product and lot numbers.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all shipments.
Essential Skills
- Experience with general labor and manual labor tasks.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Experience in loading, unloading, production, and construction environments.
- Proficiency as a machine operator.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry materials up to 55 lbs regularly.
- Capability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb up to 70 feet.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to stand for 8+ hours a day.

Work Environment
Work in an outside manufacturing and production environment with a heavy industrial focus. Personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, and earplugs are required. Be prepared to work in varying temperatures and conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
