Looking for Foreman / Supervisor, that has construction, debris removal and general cleaning experience. They MUST be a problem solver, with the ability to stay within budget. They must be able to supervise/run projects simultaneously, even pitching in order to complete projects on time. They must be a leader in this field and be prepared to train others for success of projects. They must communicate well with the Owners / Project Representatives and other employees. They must know how to stay in constant contact with all parties involved in projects. They must have writing skills for managing paperwork and scheduling work activity. They are responsible for maintaining supplies, equipment, inventory, company vehicles and researching new technology. They must be an advocate for the business and is expected to gather new leads and generate new business/contracts. They must be bilingual; the ability to use two languages with equal fluency. They must have a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles and maintain them. They are responsible for surveying/ take pictures of all new work requests.
