Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and outgoing Solar Lead Scheduler to support our solar campaign initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in identifying potential customers, scheduling consultations, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers at events, in neighborhoods, or at business locations to generate interest in solar solutions.
  • Qualify leads and gather essential information to set up in-home or virtual consultations for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM.
  • Follow up with interested parties via phone, email, or text to confirm appointments or answer questions.
  • Coordinate with solar consultants and sales managers to align schedules and provide a smooth handoff.
  • Assist with local campaign initiatives, promotions, and market research when needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador for our solar partners.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, lead generation, or sales coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and presenting solar benefits.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and scheduling systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
  • Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Must be reliable, coachable, and a team player.
