We are a small, hands on team in Bend, Oregon building high quality custom planter boxes, tending a truffle orchard, and taking care of miscellaneous tasks as needed. We’re looking for a versatile, reliable, hard working individual to join us for the summer season with the possibility of ongoing work if it’s a great fit.

Responsibilities:
- Build wooden planter boxes from raw materials.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish according to design specs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Load/unload materials as needed.
- Monitor tree health and soil conditions.
- Assist with irrigation, pruning, and ground maintenance.
- Operate light equipment as needed.
- Support truffle harvesting (seasonal).
- Work efficiently to meet daily goals.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Prior construction or carpentry experience required. No experience with truffle production required, but must be willing to learn.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in all weather.
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job site in Bend.
