Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to help desk tickets and user support requests.
• Provide technical assistance to resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and printers.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
• Configure and manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals.
• Install, update, and configure operating systems, software applications, and utilities.
• Assist remote staff by setting up and troubleshooting secure remote access tools.
• Prioritize support requests, escalate issues to supervisors as needed, and suggest effective workarounds.• Proficiency in Active Directory management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with managing and resolving service desk tickets.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
