Behavior Analyst / Senior Behavior Analyst

This position requires a Master's degree, active BCBA certification, and state licensure. We will only consider applications from candidates who meet all outlined requirements.
$69,000 - $80,000 annually | Multiple Positions Available
Reports to: CEO or Senior Behavior Analyst (depending on role level and experience)
Core Responsibilities (Cultivating Growth & Change):
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Supervise and train Behavior Specialists and caregivers on behavior intervention plans
- Develop functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under senior guidance
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Document patient care and maintain accurate clinical records within 24 hours
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and attend regular supervision sessions
- Introduce and train new patient programs with senior oversight
Required Qualifications
Education & Certification (Your Foundation):
- Master's degree (behavior analysis or related human services field preferred)
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current state licensure with proper clinical credentials
Compensation & Performance Incentives 💰
Base Salary: $69,000 - $80,000 annually (your specific compensation and job title will be based on education, experience, location, clinical skills, and years as a practicing BCBA)
Quarterly Bonus Structure (Reap the Rewards!) – For eligible full-time salaried positions after 90 days:
- 21-24 billable hours/week average: $1,500 bonus
- 25+ billable hours/week average: $4,000 bonus
Full-Time Work Schedule:
- 20 billable hours per week minimum for Behavior Analyst and 25 billable hours per week minimum for Sr. Behavior Analyst.
- Remaining hours dedicated to training and professional development
Performance Expectations (Growing Together):
- Submit clinical session notes within 24 hours of appointments
- Meet treatment plan and project deadlines
- Maintain BCBA certification through required CEUs
- Adhere to BCBA ethics code and professional standards
